We work with NDIA, VTACDL, Vermont Law School, NASAMS, New England Investigator Associations and many other organizations, to help other investigators learn critical skills and help legal teams think outside the box. We often teach trainings about how to conduct different kinds of witness interviews; how to produce sentencing videos; and how to combine fact and mitigation investigation from the get go. A.J. has a wealth of knowledge about how to interview people with disabilities and how to conduct mindful juvenile interviews.
